The Call of Duty Patch fixes many issues that were caused by servers shutting down unexpectedly or not supporting features of the game as expected. Once the patch is installed, players will find a new multiplayer map and added HTTP redirection for servers which will allow specific features of the game to work properly. These features include calling time-outs, letting dead players chat with live players, voting options, option to allow killing teammates or committing suicide to reduce scores, added squad chat, and added script command for player speed.
